waited +30 minutes in waiting room and + 15 minutes in exam room before I got to TALK to Dr, El-Masry. Not impressed !!!

Dr. El Masry is kind and gentle and knowledgeable. He set my mind at ease with treating my large kidney stone. He had a calming smile and his eyes brightened when he said hello. That made me feel important.
All of the above FAR OUTWEIGHED the very full waiting room and worn furniture.

After searching for a new Dr 5-6 years ago I reviewed Dr Masry and found positive results. Made appointment with the wonderful ladies and gent who run the show along with the maestro himself Dr Masry . Definitely felt comfortable with him immediately. He is caring, compassionate, and very good at what he does previously before meeting Dr Masry I had had surgery with another doctor which failed very reluctant to get it done again as it was something that I could live with, but Dr Masry explained to me the positives of me getting the second surgery to fix the problem once and for all, and That he did we set up a day for the surgery. I went to the hospital Dr Masry did the surgery a wonderful experience not many people would say that after having surgery, but I had had it before and it wasn’t so wonderful. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did and continues to do for me. Best Peter O

Dr. El-Masry is an excellent Dr. Of Urology. I highly recommend him for anyone who needed a urology issues. All the staff are are the best in the business.
