waited +30 minutes in waiting room and + 15 minutes in exam room before I got to TALK to Dr, El-Masry. Not impressed !!!

Dr. Sherif an amazing!! His humility, patience and experience in presenting the case accurately. The clinic was full, so it took us some time to get our turn.

Dr. El Masry is kind and gentle and knowledgeable. He set my mind at ease with treating my large kidney stone. He had a calming smile and his eyes brightened when he said hello. That made me feel important.
