Dr. El-Masry is awesome he talks you through whatever procedure he has to do which is turn makes me feel comfortable. I have nothing but good experiences everytime I go to see the doctor. The staff is respectful and polite. The office and exam rooms are clean and tidy.

Dr. El-Masri is very exerienced and a such provides a very professional advise while being kind and considerate. He really listens and is very good at explaining procedures. A big kudos also to his amazing staff, who are allways looking after and providing quality service. Highly recommend this practice!

Excellent service, and not to mention the office staff were polite and very caring. They went above and beyond by calling me when I had forgotten about my 2:00 pm appointment, and then rescheduled it to 4:00 pm , giving me enough time to get there.
