I like Dr Sharif El-Masry but I refuse to wait more than one hour to see a doctor. It takes me over one hour to get to the practice and then I waited an hour and five minutes and was not about to wait another minute. First of all he is not the only Urologist around and most importantly…his time is not worth more than mine. Over booking just leads to trouble and a lot of frustrated patients.
